- Exact approved service area (counties) is documented from the active registration.
- Legal/DBA business name is filed and used consistently across the site.
- Attorney has reviewed the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and scope statements.
- Every page states the non-medical scope and contains no clinical or licensure implications.
Data, privacy & forms
- Owner has approved a secure data destination for form submissions.
- Privacy review complete: retention, access, and deletion process documented.
- Consultation and careers forms deliver successfully in an end-to-end test.
- Résumé upload storage is secured and access-restricted.
- Spam protections verified and confirmation messaging matches real behaviour.
Content & assets
- All template placeholders replaced with verified values or removed.
- Final logo, favicon, and social share image in place.
- Imagery is licensed, non-clinical, and shows no hands-on personal care.
- No testimonials, badges, certifications, or experience claims unless documented.
- Contact details match everywhere: address, phone, email, and hours.
Translations & accessibility
- English, Haitian Creole, and Spanish content reviewed by a fluent speaker.
- Staff language availability confirmed and published accurately.
- Keyboard, screen reader, contrast, and reduced-motion checks pass.
- Forms tested with assistive technology, including error and success messaging.
SEO & launch settings
- Remove the private-preview noindex directive and preview banner.
- Publish robots.txt and sitemap.xml with the final canonical domain.
- Titles, descriptions, canonicals, and Open Graph tags reviewed per page.
- Structured data validated and free of medical-provider or licensure implications.
- Approved county pages generated only for confirmed counties.
