- Are you registered with AHCA?
- Our Florida AHCA Homemaker & Companion Services registration is pending. It is not active, and we do not display a registration number until one is issued.
- Which counties do you serve?
- None are confirmed yet. Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee were submitted with our application, but they are not approved coverage.
- What exactly do you provide?
- Companionship, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes, meal planning and preparation, errands, accompaniment to appointments and community activities, social and recreational activities, household organization, non-clinical reminders, caregiver respite companionship, and safety observation with reporting to family.
- What do you not provide?
- Services are limited to non-medical homemaker and companion services. We do not provide nursing, medical treatment, hands-on personal care, or assistance with activities that require a licensed home health provider.
- Can you give medication?
- No. We do not handle, prepare, or administer medication. We can offer friendly, non-clinical verbal reminders about daily routines.
- Can I book services now?
- Not yet. You may send general questions, but services will not begin until our registration is active for a confirmed service area.
- Which languages are available?
- This website is available in English, Haitian Creole, and Spanish. Staff language availability is still being confirmed and will be listed before launch.
- How much does it cost?
- No pricing is published. Rates will be shared only after registration is active and reviewed.
